Program Update

Click here to download version 5.4.267 Use this download to bring your program up to the current version. The download is an executable zip file (ESWupdate.exe).

You may be able to open and run the update without saving it to disk (the preferred method). If you save it to a disk, I recommend that you don't save it to your hard drive. Save it to a flash dirve. This helps prevent errors that can develop if you have multiple update files saved on your hard drive.

To install the update, make sure that the FormSmith progarm is closed on all workstations then run ESWupdate.exe. After the program loads, click the "UnZip" button. The program will then be extracted into the proper directory. Once the program has been 'unzipped' click the 'close' button.

Notice: This update only contains an updated program and help files. It does not contain a full program installation. If you wish to have an information packet and demonstration program please contact FormSmith^® directly.

Update and Secure Upload Installation Program

Click here to download the setup program for Secure Upload. Update allows updating of the program without having to go to the web site. It will create a new icon on the desktop. Upload allows users secure transmission of sensitive information. The name of the setup program is Secure.exe

City State Zip Upgrade

Click here to download city, state zip data file This data file will allow your program to find the city and state from the zip code (instead of just the state).

Utility Update

Click here to download utilities This utility download includes the latest versions of CopyDBF, DataRestore, delPatient, ExportDocPlus, FTPclient, Upload, Update, Browse, Rename, zipExtractor and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (PDF)

It is not necessary to frequently update your utilities as they are only used in special circumstances.

Diagnosis code list update [10-22-2009]

Click here to download the most current diagnosis code list. This update will install a new and updated diagnosis code list. The download is an executable zip file (ESWicd.exe). Notice: This will overwrite your existing diagnosis list so if you have added several diagnoses to your list you may not want to do this update.
