Frequently Asked Questions

Does the doctor absolutely have to attend the seminar?

Due to the nature of the material, we require that staff persons be accompanied by the doctor that they work for - staff may not attend with a doctor from a different office.

It has been our experience that staff are unable to instruct their doctor on matters of diagnosing, fee setting, x-ray procedures and treatment planning etc. When we have made the exception in the past, the staff comes up on the first break and says "The doctor should have been here for this!" Then the doctor calls up on Monday morning with a blue million questions. We simply can't teach the seminar over the telephone.

If the doctor cannot attend, he should reschedule to another seminar.

If you are in Georgia, how can you know about the problems in my state?

Insurance processing has things in common all across the nation. For instance, the CPT codes used to report your services and the ICD codes to report your diagnoses are the same nation wide. Before each seminar, we verify the Medicare, Workmen's compensation and Auto accident regulations for your state. We will provide you with detailed information and examples on how your Medicare carrier wants you to complete the claim form.

This is not just a workshop for Georgia doctors.

Where do you hold your seminars?

In the past we have had seminars in Atlanta, Newark, Dallas, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Nashville and Chicago. It has been convient for us to hold the bulk of our workshops in the Atlanta area. Because we attract doctors from so many different states, we try to locate near a major airport.

We would be glad to come to your home town provided we can register a minimum of 12 offices (restrictions apply - contact us for additional information)!

Do you have a new doctor rate or student discount?

We have attempted to keep our seminar fees reasonable. In our estimation the information is worth at least three time as much as we are currently charging. We are therefore unable to offer a new doctor or student discount.

Does this workshop count toward my license renewal credits?
