Doctor's Attendance Required
Due to the nature of the material, we require that staff persons be accompanied by the doctor that they work for. Staff are unable to instruct their doctor on matters of diagnosing, fee setting, x-ray procedures, treatment planning, etc.
Staff persons will not be allowed to register or attend without their doctor!
Policy on Tapeing
We do not allow ANY tapeing either audio or video during any of the sessions!
Policy on Make-Up Sessions
It is our policy that our fees are earned in full when you accept your manual at registration. If for some reason you or any of your staff cannot or do not attend any part of the seminar, we will be unable to offer a make-up session.
Registration entitles the office to state specific information for one state.
Before each seminar, we verify the Medicare, Workmen's compensation and Auto accident regulations for your state and provide you with a current Medicare fee schedule for your state.
Information for additional states may be purchased at the rate of $50.00 per state.

- Each additional staff · $125.00
Fee for late registration
For registrations that occur after the cutoff date for any given seminar, please add $50.00.

Our office hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday.
We will need to know:
- doctor's name
- names of the additional attendants
We accept Master Card, Visa or Check.
Class size is limited. Advanced paid registration guarantees seating.
Cancellation Policy
If after registration you must change your plans, you may switch to another seminar or receive a refund. There is a $50.00 late cancellation fee if cancellation OR substitution notice is not received within 5 days in advance of the seminar.
