RELIABILITY
Millions of dollars worth of paper and electronic claims are being processed through FormSmith each month. We started helping chiropractors with our software in 1987 and many of our clients have been successfully using the software for many years.TRAINING
FormSmith is not a shrink wrapped box of manuals and CDs that require you to spend days figuring out what to do. We're better than that. We do not conduct our training over the internet where you have to sit and watch the cursor move over the screen for 8 hours. A trainer will actually come to your office and walk you and/or your staff through the system. Additionally, we key the services into the system before we come to your office. This saves time and frustration and also insures that you are off to a good start.When we leave your office, you are ready to file claims.
SUPPORT
We think that when you call the support line you should be able to talk to someone.You should not have to send an email or submit a "support ticket" and wait for a response only to have your question left unanswered. You should not have to listen to the "recently updated menu options", push a bunch of buttons in the idiot loop and end up leaving a message for a call back. Then when you finally get a call back you end up talking to a "tech" with a heavy accent reading from a "knowledge base" data file.

FormSmith has always been designed around simplicity of use by avoiding complicated screens, disconnected choices and unnecessary steps.Data entry is simplified with a numerical system. Retrieve patients, enter and save services by using the key pad alone.
You should find the screens and menus intuitive and easy to navigate. You can get help for the screen you are on by simply pressing the F1 key.
